On our way out of the Keys we decided to stop at Bahia Honda State Park which is known as one of the best beaches in the keys. "Henry Flagler's railroad to Key West turned the remote island of Bahia Honda Key into a tropical destination. Today, the island is home to one of Florida's southernmost state parks, known for beautiful beaches, magnificent sunsets, and excellent snorkeling."
The old railroad bridge serves as a reminder of the past, and now for a panoramic overlook.
The Overseas Highway (7 mile bridge):
We went to South Beach for dinner at Cafe Med:
Our trip to the Keys was an amazing time. We did so much, stayed at the best place in Key West, rented a convertable, went Snorkeling, rented Wave Runners, went Parasailing, went on a Sunset Cruise, went to South Beach twice, EVERYTHING! Thank you so much Mom, Dad, Grandma, and Nana for your support (and Visa, but not Sun Trust).
This was just a sample. I have posted all of my pictures, as well as Pierre-Luc's, into two galleries on my Smugmug:
